David O’Sullivan

Project Development Director

David is the director responsible for the commercial, legal and technical aspects of our projects in development.

He has fifteen years’ experience in the development and delivery of nationally significant infrastructure in with 3GW of high profile energy developments utilising CCGT, EFW, Biomass, Wind and Solar technologies in both the UK and Ireland.

David’s qualifications in Engineering, Project Management and Finance allow him to take a holistic view of project development and strike a balance between the commercial and technical aspects of investments.

David specialises in the negotiation of construction, operation and maintenance, land, fuel and power contracts. He strives to deliver simple, elegant solutions to the complex problems which typically arise on large projects.
